Important: CompliDraft generates drafts for your review. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting all forms. We are not a safety consulting firm and do not provide professional safety advice.

The CompliDraft name, logo, and website content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

CompliDraft is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to rejected compliance submissions, lost contracts, or regulatory penalties.

You are responsible for all compliance decisions. Our AI-generated drafts are starting points, not final submissions. Always review forms with qualified personnel before submitting to compliance platforms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
