  • We use Loops to manage our email list (US-based).
  • We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • You can unsubscribe and request deletion at any time.

Who we are

CompliDraft is operated by Rustam Musin, based in the United Kingdom. We are the data controller — we decide how and why your personal data is used.

What data we collect

When you join the waitlist

Your email address only.

When you visit our website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and privacy-preserving. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising analytics.

Why we use your data

  • Send product updates — to notify you when CompliDraft launches (Consent)
  • Improve our service — aggregate, anonymized analytics (Legitimate Interest)

Who sees your data

  • Loops — email service provider (US-based, Data Processing Agreement in place)
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and analytics (US-based)
  • Google Fonts — serves fonts (US-based). We load Inter and Source Serif 4 from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address.

We do not sell your data to anyone.

International data transfers

Our service providers are based in the United States. Data transfers from the UK to the US are protected under the UK-US Data Bridge (October 2023) and Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights (UK GDPR)

You have the right to:

  • Access — request a copy of your data
  • Correct — fix any incorrect data
  • Delete — request we erase your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a portable format
  • Restrict — limit how we process your data
  • Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time

California residents (CalOPPA)

California residents have additional rights under CalOPPA. We do not track users across third-party websites or respond to Do Not Track signals (we don't track in the first place). You may request information about our data practices by emailing us.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email.
